Printed copies of schedules, classifications, and tariffs of rates, fares, and charges, and supplements to the printed copies, of all common carriers and contract carriers by railroad, motor vehicle, or otherwise, on file with the United States Surface Transportation Board or the Arkansas Department of Transportation and which reflect an United States Surface Transportation Board number and an effective date, or which reflect an Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department or Arkansas Department of Transportation number and an effective date, may be received in evidence in any proceeding before the courts or administrative agencies of this state, without certification or authentication, and shall be presumed to be correct copies of the original schedules, classifications, tariffs, and supplements on file with the United States Surface Transportation Board or on file with the Arkansas Department of Transportation.
