41-791.03. Management of certain properties
A. If the site described in section 49-902 will not be utilized for the purposes described in title 49, chapter 5, article 1, the director shall manage the facility as prescribed by this article. Before entering into a contract for the site described in section 49-902, the joint committee on capital review shall review the proposed contract.
B. Any proposed contract shall provide for the written disclosure of any fee or other compensation received by a private entity relating to the management, lease or sale of the site. This disclosure shall be submitted by the director to the joint committee on capital review and shall be public information.
