29-808. Cancellation of registration of foreign limited liability company

A foreign limited liability company may cancel its registration by filing with the commission a certificate of cancellation signed and acknowledged on its behalf by any manager, member or authorized agent. A cancellation does not terminate the authority of the commission to accept service of process on the foreign limited liability company with respect to causes of action arising out of the transactions of business in this state.
