15-1725. Medical student loan fund
A. The medical student loan fund is established. The department of health services shall administer the fund. All payments of principal and interest shall be deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the fund. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated for the purposes prescribed in section 36-2172.
B. Monies in the medical student loan fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.
