Any food manufacturing establishment or institution which uses any eggs that do not meet the requirements of § 590.100(a) in the preparation of any articles for human food shall be deemed to be a plant processing egg products requiring continuous inspection under this part.

Any product which is prepared under inspection in an official plant shall be inspected in such plant as often as the inspector deems necessary in order to ascertain if the product is unadulterated, wholesome, properly labeled, and fit for human food at the time it leaves the plant.
