In addition to specific grant requirements, all approved applicants will be required to do the following:
Enter into an Agency-approved grant agreement with RBS;
Disclose in writing any potential conflicts of interest and maintain written standards of conduct covering conflicts of interest, including organizational conflicts of interest in accordance with 2 CFR 400.2;
Use “Request for Advance or Reimbursement” to request advances or reimbursements, as applicable, but not more frequently than once a month;
Maintain a financial management system that is acceptable to the Agency; and
Collect and maintain data on race, sex and national origin of the beneficiaries of the project.
