If all current producers on a farm do not make a unanimous election during the period specified in § 1412.72, that farm will not have a valid election and any producer on the farm is not eligible for 2014 ARC or PLC enrollment or payments.
If a valid election is not made for a farm, FSA will not make any payments with respect to the farm for the 2014 crop year and the producers on the farm will default to a PLC election for all covered commodities on the farm for the 2015 through 2018 crop years.
If a valid election is not made for seed cotton base acres on a farm, the producers of seed cotton base acres on the farm are deemed to have elected PLC for acres allocated on the farm to seed cotton for the 2018 crop year.
