Contracts with land devoted to hardwood trees, shelterbelts, windbreaks, or wildlife corridors will be for a term of 10 years to 15 years, as requested by the applicant.
Other general and continuous signup contracts under this part will be for a term of 10 to 15 years, as determined by the Deputy Administrator.
Grassland signup contracts will be for a term of 15 years.
All contracts will expire on September 30 of the final calendar year of the contract.
