The Board is authorized to incur such expenses as the Secretary finds are reasonable and likely to be incurred by the Board for its maintenance and functioning and to enable it to exercise its powers and perform its duties in accordance with the provisions of this subpart.
The Board shall reimburse the Secretary for:
Expenses up to $300,000 incurred by the Secretary in connection with any referendum conducted under the Act and
Expenses incurred by the Department of Agriculture for administrative and supervisory costs up to five employee years annually.
The Board shall reimburse any agency of the United States Government that assists in administering the import provisions of the order for a reasonable amount of the expenses incurred by that agency in connection therewith.
The funds to cover such expenses incurred under paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of this section shall be paid from assessments received pursuant to § 1205.335.
