The Service shall review each application to determine if it complies with §§ 800.32, 800.33, and 800.34. If the application complies and the fee has been paid, the applicant shall be registered.
If the application does not comply with §§ 800.32, 800.33, and 800.34 and the omitted information prevents a satisfactory review by the Service, the applicant shall be provided an opportunity to submit the needed information. If the needed information is not submitted within a reasonable time, the application may be dismissed. The Service shall promptly notify the applicant, in writing, of the reasons for the dismissal.
