A person seeking to enroll land in the EWRP must apply for enrollment on an approved NRCS form. The application to participate must be filed with the local NRCS field office during an announced period for such submissions.
A person submitting an application to participate shall not be obligated to accept an NRCS offer to purchase an easement if one is forthcoming.
An application to participate must be signed by all owners of the property or their duly authorized representative(s).
