Each packing plant shall be equipped with adequate sanitary facilities and accommodations, including but not being limited to the following:
There shall be a sufficient number of adequately lighted toilet rooms, ample in size and conveniently located. Toilet rooms shall be adequately screened and equipped with self-closing doors, and shall have independent outside ventilation;
Adequate lavatory accommodations and supplies shall be placed at such locations in or near toilet rooms as to insure the cleanliness of each person who grades or handles the product to be inspected; and
Suitable facilities for cleaning shall be provided at convenient locations in the plant.
