§ 2634.908 - Reporting periods.

Incumbents. Each confidential financial disclosure report filed under § 2634.903(a) must include the information required to be reported under this subpart for the preceding calendar year, or for any portion of that period not covered by a previous confidential or public financial disclosure report filed under this part.

New entrants. Each confidential financial disclosure report filed under § 2634.903(b) must include the information required to be reported under this subpart for the following reporting periods:

Noninvestment income for the preceding 12 months;

Assets held on the date of filing. New entrant filers are not required to report assets no longer held at the time of appointment, even if the assets previously produced income before the filers were appointed to their confidential positions;

Liabilities owed on the date of filing;

Positions with non-Federal organizations for the preceding 12 months; and

Agreements and arrangements held on the date of filing.
