The agency head at each Federal installation within a campaign area should:
Become familiar with all CFC regulations.
Cooperate with the members of the LFCC in organizing and conducting the campaign.
Initiate official campaigns within their offices or installations and provide support for the campaign.
Assure the campaign is conducted in accordance with these regulations.
Appoint an employee to oversee the Agency campaign.
Establish a network of employees in support of the Agency's campaign.
Agency heads may not discontinue solicitation of Federal employees during the campaign solicitation period within their organization without the written approval of the Director.
