General. If there is a change in the list of officers, directors, members or managers that the proprietor filed as required by § 19.93 the following rules apply:
The proprietor must file an amended form TTB F 5110.41, Registration of Distilled Spirits Plant, or a letterhead notice to reflect the change;
The proprietor must provide the name and address of each new officer, director, member or manager; and
The proprietor must incorporate all changes submitted by letterhead notice in the next TTB F 5110.41 filed.
Waiver. The appropriate TTB officer may waive the requirement to amend the registration if the change only relates to corporate officers listed on the original or current registration who are no longer connected with the operations covered by the registration.
