In accordance with 23 U.S.C. 201(c)(6)(C), no later than 90 days after the last day of each fiscal year, any entity carrying out a project under the TTP under 23 U.S.C. 202 shall submit to the Secretaries, based on obligations and expenditures under the TTP during the preceding fiscal year, the following data:
The names of projects and activities carried out by the entity under the TTP during the preceding fiscal year.
A description of the projects and activities identified under paragraph (1) of this section;
The current status of the projects and activities identified under paragraph (1) of this section; and
An estimate of the number of jobs created and the number of jobs retained by the projects and activities identified under paragraph (1) of this section.
FHWA and BIA shall provide an electronic portal to assist Tribes in submitting the data needed to fulfill the requirements of 23 U.S.C. 201(c)(6)(C).
