Terms and conditions required in leases;
How we administer and enforce leases; and
Special requirements for leases made under special acts of Congress that apply only to certain Indian reservations.
If any section, paragraph, or provision of this part is stayed or held invalid, the remaining sections, paragraphs, or provisions of this part remain in full force and effect.
