Each participating neighborhood development organization must certify that it will carry out activities assisted under the program in compliance with the nondiscrimination and equal opportunity requirements set forth in 24 CFR part 5 and:
The requirements at 24 CFR part 200, subpart M;
The prohibitions against discrimination and related requirements of section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5309);
The requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12181-12189) and implementing regulations at 28 CFR part 36, as applicable;
The Consolidated Plan of the appropriate unit of general local government; and
Other Federal requirements as specified in the applicable NOFA and application kit.
