The Regional Director may cause a notice of hearing to be issued involving any matters related to the petition.
The notice of hearing shall be served on all interested parties and shall include:
The name of the Department, petitioner, and intervenors, if any;
A statement of the time and place of the hearing, which shall be not less than twenty (20) days after service of the notice of hearing, except in extraordinary circumstances;
A statement of the nature of the hearing; and
A statement of the authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is to be held.
A copy of the petition shall be attached to the notice of hearing.
Hearings on matters related to the petition pursuant to paragraph (a) of this section shall be conducted by a Hearing Officer in accordance with §§ 1422.9 through 1422.15.
