Mailing address. All communications to the Commission should be addressed to the “Secretary, U.S. International Trade Commission, 500 E Street SW., Washington, DC 20436.”
Hours. The business hours of the Commission are from 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., eastern standard or daylight savings time, whichever is in effect in Washington, DC. Any document filed with the Secretary of the Commission after 5:15 p.m. will be considered filed the next business day. If filing on that day would be untimely, the filing may not be accepted unless a request is made for acceptance of a late filing for good cause shown pursuant to 201.14(b)(2).
