Upon settlement of a claim, trustees should consider the following actions to facilitate implementation of restoration:
Establish a trustee committee and/or memorandum of understanding or other agreement to coordinate among affected trustees, as provided in § 990.14(a)(3) of this part;
Develop more detailed workplans to implement restoration;
Monitor and oversee restoration; and
Evaluate restoration success and the need for corrective action.
The reasonable costs of such actions are included as restoration costs.
