A person requesting reentry review of a particular payload or payload class must identify the following:
Payload name or class and function;
Physical characteristics, dimensions, and weight of the payload;
Payload owner and operator, if different from the person requesting the payload reentry review;
Type, amount, and container of hazardous materials, as defined in § 401.5 of this chapter, and radioactive materials in the payload;
Explosive potential of payload materials, alone and in combination with other materials found on the payload or RLV during reentry;
Designated reentry site(s); and
Method for securing the payload on the RLV.
